Posters


Abstract submission

The presentation of a limited number of posters is foreseen.
If you want to contribute with a poster, please prepare an abstract of 200 words maximum, and send it by e-mail, in text format, to the Local Organizing Committee ( ecrs2004@fi.infn.it ), including the word "ABSTRACT" in the e-mail subject. The body of the e-mail should also include the title of the contribution, the name of the presenter (and in case also the name of the collaboration) and her/his home institute.
The deadline for abstract submission is July 15th. Within one week the Local Organizing Committee will communicate if the poster is accepted.

Due to the limited space available, the following restrictions are imposed:
  • 1 poster per participant,
  • up to a maximum of 3 posters from each experiment.


Poster preparation

Poster dimensions should not exceed 70 x 100 cm2 (portrait).

Papers related to the selected posters will be refereed and published in the same issue of the ‘International Journal of Modern Physics A’, together with the invited and highlight talks (see the proceedings page).
