6th International Conference
September 29-October 1, 2003
The conference will concentrate on semiconductor detectors issues relevant to applications in accelerator and space research. Topics include large semiconductor systems for calorimetry and tracking applications; radiation damage measurements and modeling; radiation hardness of semiconductor detectors; new detectors type and electronics systems.

The Conference will be held at Sala Convegni Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze, located in Via Folco Portinari, 5. The place is very closed to Piazza Duomo as you can see from the map of the area.
The registration desk will be opened on September 29th at 9:00 a.m.
The registration fee is 270 Euro and it covers the welcome cocktail, the coffee breaks, the social dinner and one copy of the proceedings. No credit cards are accepted.
Deadline for abstracts submission is July 31, 2003. The abstracts have to be provided in text format with a maximum length of 15 lines.
The papers will be eligible for publications in a special issue of the review 'Nuclear Instruments and Methods', subject to the usual referee process.
Deadline for paper presentation is October 31, 2003 (see Proceedings instructions).
